This site is simple, and so is this policy. Here is what happens with your information when you visit ikefontaine.com, in plain language.
The short version
I don’t collect personal information on this site. There are no accounts, no forms, no newsletter popups, and no advertising trackers. The only data involved comes from the standard infrastructure that keeps a website running, and from third-party services you choose to interact with, like booking a call or playing a video.
What this site collects
Nothing directly. You can read every page on this site without giving me any information.
Server logs. This site is hosted on Netlify. Like nearly every hosting provider, Netlify keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. I don’t use these logs to identify visitors. You can read how Netlify handles data in the Netlify Privacy Policy.
Third-party services on this site
Some pages embed content from other services. When you load or interact with those embeds, the service providing them may set cookies or collect data under its own privacy policy:
- Calendly on the contact page, if you book a call. Booking asks for your name and email so the call can happen. That information goes to Calendly and to my calendar, and nowhere else. See the Calendly Privacy Notice.
- YouTube video embeds, mainly on the music page. See the Google Privacy Policy.
- Instagram embeds on the music page. See the Meta Privacy Policy.
- Spotify and Apple Music links. These are plain links, not embeds. Nothing loads from them until you click through.
If you never click play, never book a call, and never tap an embed, those services have no reason to know you were here.
Analytics
This site does not currently run analytics or tracking scripts. If that changes, I’ll use a privacy-respecting tool and update this page to say so.
If you email me or book a call, I’ll use your contact information to reply and for nothing else. I don’t sell, rent, or share contact information with anyone.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights over your personal data, including the right to ask what I hold about you and to ask for it to be deleted. Since this site collects essentially nothing, the honest answer will usually be “nothing,” but you’re welcome to ask: hello@getfuturemedia.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date at the top. No notification theater, just an honest date.
